As with most surgery appointments these days you expect to hold. But in this instance the time was not bad.

In my case not really. I was coming to have dressing changed after being at the Queen Elizabeth hospital Kings Lynn. The two members of the nursing team I dealt with where caring and professional. The care they provide was of the highest standard I would give them both five stars.

As always there is a problem with getting through on the telephone for an appointment at 8.30 a.m. By the time you do get through, all the appointments for that day have gone and you have to go through the same process the following day.

For the appointment I had, which was for the Spring Covid vaccine, the service was excellent.
